Yesterday I sat down to watch this video on Netflex
that got me interest in what was being said.  I have not done a research on it, but too many good truth were shown on it. Maybe someone of you have heard of it or not and many may not believe it or will.  This video is Forks over Knives and there is a cookbook to help you with great recipes in it
