Grand Prize will consist of one (1) trip for one person to give
shoes to
children in need with the Sponsor in a location and a during a
time to be
determined in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.
A Grand Prize includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation
from
the closest major airport to the winner's home address
(determined by
the Sponsor in its sole discretion) and lodging
in multiple locations in
which the trip is to occur, as determined
in Sponsor's sole and
absolute discretion.
