Our Favorite Fat-Free Salad Dressing
Quick 6 Salad Dressing
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup miso
1/4 cup date syrup
1/4 cup dijon mustard
To make more just add equal parts (example add a cup of each)
No nuts or oil to make a delicious salad dressing and only take minutes to make. You can easily change the flavor by using different mustard's or substituting lime or even orange juice for the lemon juice. This recipe can be made for dressing for salads and also great as a dip on steamed artichokes. You can substitute whole pitted dates for the date syrup, but then you would have to use a blender.
